We are a group of people who have recovered from chronic pain or other symptoms using Pain Reprocessing Therapy and similar techniques.

We've created this forum to give people an anonymous forum for asking questions about applying Pain Reprocessing Therapy (PRT) in their own recoveries from chronic pain. Our first project is to collect success stories from people who have recovered from their symptoms using PRT.

We also have a sister project, prtwiki.org, which shares general information about PRT.

This forum site is just getting started, but please bookmark it and return to see when new material is posted! Or make an account and post your own question! As an independent nonprofit, we care about privacy never give away our your email address.

Glad I found this web site Forest. I ran across it while visiting the TMSWiki. I've been studying PRT but am beginning to deepen my understanding.

I've recently come across the links to the recordings of the book group sessions. Thankyou for making them available. Although I obviously don't hear what is said in the chat rooms the mainly positive contributions in the post discussion is helping me along the road to what I hope will be recovery. How do groups become involved in something like this? A copy of Dr. Schunier's Unlearn your pain has just arrived from the US (I live in the UK) so I'm going to begin that. Would you recommend using Alan Gordon's book side by side with this or not?

Thee was talk about another Book Group starting but I haven't heard any updates on the Facebook Tell Me About Your Pain. I’d recommend reading Alans book alongside Dr. Schubiners Unlearn Your Pain.
it’s a really good book and has helped me a lot! His podcasts that you can listen to here are great too.

You certainly can. I think that Alan's book is easier to understand and implement. I have and love both books.
